At Hotel St. Moritz, the "a la carte" menu at the Onda Blu restaurant offers the best international and Romagnolo cuisine with a lovely reserved dining room that can seat up to 120 people. You can choose from various fish and meat dishes, vegetarian dishes, homemade pasta and exquisite desserts; there are customized menus for children and athletes.

Not to be missed: the Piadina with squacquerone cheese and prosciutto, Capesante Gratinate, the delicate Risottino alla Marinara, the tasty Strozzapreti alle Vongole Veraci, the Branzino cotto al sale di Cervia or the Canocchie all’Aceto Balsamico and the Formaggio di Fossa. If you like meat, try the Filetto alla Wellington with a nice glass of Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore.

In Romagna, an amazing sense of hospitality includes abundant and tasty cuisine like polenta with clams, Tagliolini allo sgombro, Brodetto di pesce or squid and calamari cooked in tomato sauce with black pepper and vinegar or the classic frittura di pesce, prepared in the traditional manner; stuffed squid accompany tasty grilled fish while Passatelli in brodo and homemade pasta are the ancestors of ancient rural traditions like the Formaggio di Fossa and olive oil.
